I have an exciting project I’m working on for the Bottom-line Bookclub. I’m not ready to share full details about it yet, but it has to do with Nelson Mandela and the World Cup. I’d love you to be a part of it’s creation and here’s how…

As always, one of my big reasons for choosing this book is because of how it resonates with Agile Living. In Loving What Is, Byron Katie shares her process for changing the way you think and feel and how you experience life – it’s essentially a way to create emotional freedom, no matter what situation you’re in. If Agile Living could be summed up into one core value, it would probably be freedom, and creating any sort of freedom in your life – the freedom to live and work anywhere you choose, financial freedom, freedom to do the work you love, freedom in a relationship, and so on, starts with creating emotional and mental freedom for yourself first so that you can think and feel clearly as you go about shaping the world around you and creating what you love.
